定位:  我们的公益文化活动定位为三个服务,即:

   1.服务国家战略

2.服务军队和地方政府

3.帮助企业提升文化品味


  

    三、业务架构——三个面六条通道

根据以上三个服务的定位,我们的业务架构为——三个层面六条通道。针对每个层面分别设置两条实现通道。

     1.服务国家战略层面:

做两个公益文化项目:“丝绸之路——中国著名书画家作品巡展”(简称“丝绸之路展”)“两岸四地书画交流展”

“丝绸之路展”将组织能代表国家水准的一流书画作品参展,未来五年,挑选若干有代表性的丝绸之路沿线国家或城市组织丝绸之路书画巡展,并沉淀一批高质量的丝绸之路书画作品,打造一幅高艺术水准的“丝绸之路书画作品长卷”。

 “两岸四地书画交流活动”拟组织军队将军、中央机关、国务院机关退休领导和书画界名人参与,与香港、澳门、台湾加强文化交流与合作。以文化交流为祖国的统一尽一份力量。

    2.服务军队和地方政府层面:

服务军队,拟与军队的文化建设紧密结合,在军队搞书画讲座、培训和笔会交流等活动,既丰富军队官兵的文化生活,又以另一种方式为军队的文化和作风建设尽一份力量;同时可与有需求的各军区合作,搞军民共建军事博物馆等。

 服务地方政府,与地方政府合作举办公益书画展和笔会,帮助地方公民提升文化艺术品味。

 3.服务企业层面:

帮助企业提升文化品味,与商会合作,组织慈善拍卖,由我院提供捐赠作品,商会组织企业家竞买,所募集的资金捐赠给贫困地区学校,建设希望图书馆。组织书画家去企业做笔会交流、书画讲座及文化咨询等活动,提升企业文化软实力。

 

 

 Public Welfare Culture

1 . Position: contributing to national cultural strategy, helping enterprises enhance cultural tastes.

2.  Business structure: three levels and six channels

2.1 For contributing to national cultural strategy, we will carry out two public cultural projects: “Travel Exhibition of the   National Famous Painters’ Works of the Silk Road ” and “Four-Regions of China Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition”. “The Silk Road Travel Exhibition” will be set up by the Ministry of Culture, and cooperate with the China National Art Gallery, organize calligraphers and painters who can represent the countries’ level to join. In the next five or ten years, we will hold exhibitions in cities along the Ancient Silk Road, Southern Silk Road, North Silk Road, Maritime Silk Road, as well as other countries’ cities and embassies, to make the concept of Silk Road Economic Belt popular. This year we plan to hold the first exhibition in Beijing Jingxi Hotel during the Central Economic Work Conference in December.

The “Four-Regions of China Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition” intends to cooperate with the National College of Administration, organize army generals, retired leaders from the central authority and the State Council, as well as famous calligraphers and painters to attend. It will strengthen cultural exchanges and cooperation with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. This project can also last for years.

2.2 For contributing to army, we intend to start build a military museum in the long run.

For contributing to local governments, we would like to hold exhibitions and pen forums with local governments , and we can combine these activities with enhancing corporate culture and charity auctions.

2.3 For helping enterprises enhance culture tastes, we will organize painters and calligraphers to hold activities such as pen forums, consultations with enterprises. We also can cooperate with chamber of commerce to organize charity auctions, and ensure that all funds will be donated to build teaching buildings and libraries.

The above aspects can be mutual benefit, and helping development together. Do activities one after another, for each activity can bring some positive impacts, and make the brand gradually strong.
